Healing You

Remote Reiki & Distance Healing Sessions

Receive calming Reiki and energy healing from home by Zoom, phone or a quiet agreed appointment time.

01

What is remote healing?

Remote healing, also known as distance Reiki, is a way to receive a calm energy healing session without travelling to a treatment room. You relax in your own space while the session is offered at the agreed appointment time.

02

How distance Reiki works

Reiki practitioners often describe energy healing as not being limited by physical distance. In practical terms, the appointment is arranged just like an in-person session, but you receive from home or another quiet place.

03

How sessions are held

A remote session can begin with a short Zoom or phone check-in, or it can be held as a quiet agreed time if you prefer. Michelle will explain the flow so you know when to settle and what to do afterwards.

How to prepare your space

Choose somewhere comfortable where you are unlikely to be disturbed. You may want a blanket, water nearby, soft lighting and a few minutes before and after the session so the appointment feels peaceful rather than rushed.

What to expect before, during and after

Before the session you can share anything you would like Michelle to be aware of. During the session you simply rest. Afterwards you may feel calm, sleepy, emotional, lighter or more settled, and it is helpful to drink water.

Who remote healing is suitable for

Remote healing may suit clients with busy schedules, caring responsibilities, mobility issues, anxiety around travel or anyone who feels more comfortable receiving healing at home.

Remote healing across the UK

Remote Reiki and distance healing sessions are available across the UK and can also be arranged for clients further afield where timings are suitable. This includes people outside Pevensey Bay, Battle and East Sussex.

Local clients can also choose remote sessions

Clients in Eastbourne, Bexhill, Hastings, Hailsham, Polegate, Ninfield and nearby areas may choose remote healing when travelling is difficult or when a home-based appointment feels more restful.

A gentle practitioner-led appointment

Michelle will guide the appointment clearly so you know what to expect before the healing begins. The intention is to create a safe, peaceful session even when you are receiving from home.

A complementary wellbeing practice

Remote Reiki is offered as complementary wellbeing support and is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, counselling or treatment.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Do I need Zoom for remote healing?

Zoom can be used, but a phone call or quiet agreed appointment time is also fine. The important thing is that you have a quiet, comfortable place to relax during the session.

Can I book remote Reiki outside East Sussex?

Yes. Remote healing can be received from anywhere in the UK or worldwide where appointment times are suitable.

What should I do before a remote session?

Find somewhere comfortable, reduce distractions where possible, have water nearby and allow a few minutes either side of the appointment.

Can remote healing help if I cannot travel?

Remote healing is often chosen by clients who cannot easily travel or who prefer receiving Reiki from home. It remains a complementary wellbeing practice rather than medical treatment.

Can I receive remote healing if I feel anxious or stressed?

Many clients choose remote healing because being at home feels easier and calmer. It should be used alongside, not instead of, appropriate medical or mental health support.

How long does a remote healing session last?

Remote sessions are usually booked for the same treatment length shown on the booking page, with time to settle and reconnect afterwards.

Is remote healing a medical treatment?

No. Remote healing is a complementary wellbeing practice and should not replace medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

How do I book a remote session?

Use the booking page, choose Remote Healing, then select a date and available time.

Important note

Reiki and energy healing are offered as complementary wellbeing practices and are not a substitute for medical care. Please seek advice from your GP or healthcare professional for medical concerns.
